The American Federation of Professionals provides its membership the ability to obtain and control their economic destiny.

We create and provide agreements between employers and employees that produce extraordinary economic results for our members.

A Union is a Vehicle through which workers exercise their Economic Power.

When employees working for an employer vote, as a group, to have a third party represent them in matters dealing with their wages, hours and working conditions, the third-party representative is a labor union.

In order for the employees to have this representation, they 'join' a Union by signing an Authorization Card. The Union then provides services. Among these services are:

• Collective Bargaining
• Contract Enforcement
• Grievance Handling
• Arbitration

After the Union uses it's power to get a contract signed, employees pay a small monthly fee (dues) for the services they continue to receive from the Union.

Additional Benefits Available:

• Major Medical Insurance
• Dental, Vision & Disability Coverage
• Insurance Supplements

If you're place of employment can terminate you "AT WILL" then you and your co-workers would benefit by having a contract with your employer that protects your employment rights.
