A Union is a Vehicle through
which workers exercise their Economic Power.
When employees
working for an employer vote, as a group,
to have a third party represent them in
matters dealing with their wages, hours
and working conditions, the third-party
representative is a labor union.
In order for the employees
to have this representation, they 'join'
a Union by signing an Authorization Card.
The Union then provides services. Among
these services are:
• Collective Bargaining
• Contract Enforcement
• Grievance Handling
• Arbitration
After the Union uses it's power to get a
contract signed, employees pay a small monthly
fee (dues) for the services they continue
to receive from the Union.
Additional Benefits
Available:
• Major Medical Insurance
• Dental, Vision & Disability
Coverage
• Insurance Supplements

employment can terminate you "AT WILL"

by having a contract with your employer
that protects your employment rights.
